Clients agree to release and hold harmless Alamom Consulting, Inc. and its representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, costs of legal defense, and damages for any services fulfilled, provided, contracted, referred, or rendered by or through Alamom Consulting, Inc. You (the client) expressly agree to assume any and all liabilities, claims, costs of legal defense, and damages on behalf of Alamom Consulting, Inc. and its representatives associated with any services fulfilled, provided, contracted, referred or rendered to you (the client) by or through Alamom Consulting, Inc., except those of gross negligence by Alamom Consulting, Inc. employees, representatives, or contractors. The opinions, recommendations, evaluations, and documentation provided by Alamom Consulting, Inc., its representatives, partners, and affiliates are for informational purposes only. Although the information and recommendations provided are presented in good faith and believed to be correct as of the date they were submitted, Alamom Consulting, Inc., its representatives, partners, and affiliates makes no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the information. I give my permission to Alamom Consulting, Inc. to photograph me and my representatives/clients and use my name/company name/logo for use in Alamom Consulting, Inc. marketing and I will not seek compensation for such use. Personnel Terms: Clients, associates, assigns and affiliates agree to not solicit, approach, recruit, or otherwise employee for any purpose any Alamom Consulting, Inc. employees for any security, investigative, training, or consulting services provided by Alamom Consulting, Inc. for a period of 3 years from the date of the last engagement of services without express written consent of Alamom Consulting, Inc.

Legal Action: If any civil action is necessary to enforce the terms of this agreement, the parties agree that any such legal action shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to assume all fees associated with the collection of any civil action by Alamom Consulting, Inc.
